Refunds are available within 7 days of receiving the package

Refunds ONLY valid if jewelry is unworn, in brand new condition, including all original packaging

THE CUSTOMER is responsible for the return shipping cost with a tracking number

THE CUSTOMER is responsible to pay the re-entry duties and tariffs charged both directions. Duties and tariffs will be subtracted from the total refund price

Once the items have gone through inspection, a refund will be issued
